I need to rant and explode....
ARGH, I need to burn a disc of senior pictures to develop by Friday and the stupid discs won't read. It's really annoying me. After this little update, I'm going to restart the computer and see if it'll work then. If it doesn't, then I'm exploding.

You know, it would have been easier to fork over the $100 for a studio to do it instead of taking the pictures myself, mommy. That way I won't have to deal with the stupid burner or the picture developers. But...my mom has a stupid superiority complex towards photography studios and refuses to take me anywhere to get them done.

If I had them done at a *studio* like I wanted, then I wouldn't have to spend the time editing the lighting and crap by myself and the burning and cropping and would've had more time to do my *college essays*, several of which are due Friday the 1st.

And she still takes credit for taking better pictures than the studios do. *throws hands up*
Heck, I've even shown her my friends' pictures (which were really nice) and she still says that 'so and so's angle doesn't show off their face' or 'that lighting is bad' and 'how I can take better pictures than the idiots at the studio'. And on the day of the photoshoot, she didn't even know how to use the camera. So what do I do?

So now, I'm fighting and losing a battle with the burner (which I swear hates me but loves everyone else) and has to develop them by FRIDAY. But than again, it seems that everyone hates me and loves everyone else.

ARGH. D

I think it's one of those Asian mom complexes :/

And I'm positive you have at least a couple of friends that care about you :P

Agh, parents can really suck about stuff like that. I'm sorry to hear you're stuck doing all the work for your pictures when you already have lots of other things you have to get done. Where are you thinking of going to college, on an off-topic note?
