I'm happy, I finally finished this fanart.....
It took forever to actually color this for some reason.
characters: Ritsuka, yuiko, yayoi, natsuo, yohji, and kio.
title: Aitai (I miss him)
Edit:Aitai actually translates to 'I want to meet with him'. Thanks to [livejournal.com profile] hinoai for the correction. ^^;;;

small comment..... "Aitai" actually means "I want to meet (with him)." Or more loosely translated, "I want to see (this person)."

gomen, my japanese is only limited to two years of high school jpn. so there's plenty of mistakes.

LOL well in a really really loose way, it could be taken as "I miss him". ^^ It depends on the context of the conversation.

LOL two years of japanese? That's more than I've had.. *has only been studying for 4 mo* But I guess I get a lot of practical experience. ^^;;

I wish i had some more hands on experience with japanese. Plus since it's summer, I think it's starting to fade a bit. >_<

...oh now I know where I messed up.... In Tokyopop's translation of Watashi na Suki Hito, they translated "Aitai" the same way as I did. I was looking at that for the translation. Well...now I know to never trust tokyopop....

LOL ACtually, when I was watching Star Wars, they translated it once that way on the subtitles too. ^^;;; Then the next time, they used another word (I was peeking at the subs) that I didn't recognize.

So that means you're probably right! If you think about it, it could translate that way, but I think that there are better ways to say it. XD Anyways, don't listen to me! XDXD
